I provide individual therapy for people aged sixteen and older.
I have extensive experience in helping people with concerns such as:

- Anxiety (including generalized anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder)
- Bipolar Disorder
- Relationship difficulties
- Identity concerns
- Work Stress
- Need to make lifestyle changes - weight management, adjustment to illness, etc.
- Returning to work following disability leave
I work with people experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. I offer a personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they are striving for. Therapy can last just a session or two, or may go on for a longer time, depending on a client's needs and availability.
I believe it is important for a therapist and client to share a framework for working together. I use cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) as the foundation for helping people with their difficulties. You can expect that we will look at the relationships between life events and your emotions, behavioural patterns, physical symptoms, and thinking patterns in order to understand your problems and to move forward.
My hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00. My building is wheelchair-accessible.
